Our main aim is to cultivate the Alpine hospitality culture in Wiesbaden. For us, this includes not only the exquisite beers from the Weihenstephan - the oldest brewery in the world - but also the high-quality products from the Bavarian Alpine foothills as well as from Tyrol and South Tyrol. Above all, however, we value the warm and authentic hospitality that you know from your holidays and travels in these regions.

In our kitchen, we only use products from suppliers and producers that we know personally. We have visited their businesses and tasted their products on site. This is the only way we can ensure that we keep our promise of quality at all times and that you can also check this.
